Camp Information Circus Camp is for campers ages 3 to 13 from beginning to intermediate. We group campers by age into classes. Each camp session is a fun-filled introduction to the Circus Arts. No experience necessary! Campers with previous Circus or Gymstars background will also find these sessions challenging as they expand on their abilities. Each week new skills are introduced and guest teachers give exciting workshops! The atmosphere is casual and non-competitive; at the same time, we encourage setting goals and striving for success. We emphasize concentration and practice. We seek to foster the self-discipline needed to achieve mastery of skills. Our aim is for children to learn circus skills, have an enriching experience that your child will cherish, all while having tremendous amounts of fun. Of course, our safety procedures are always in force. Campers train for four 45-minute classes each day beginning at 9am with lunch from 11:15 to noon. Each camper is to bring a nutritious lunch, which we eat while watching performances. After lunch campers choose their last class - - what they want to work on - juggling, hooping, songs, partner balance and much more. Extended hours are available. Each weekly session concludes with a show for family and friends promptly at 1:30pm on each Friday. Once a week, campers get a chance to "PIE" the coaches!
