DROP-IN CLASSES

Rate:  $35 for 1 hour class.

Please comment on your form: Location, Day and Time of your drop in.

  • Based on available spots in class.

  • We do not charge the Annual Reg fee for Drop in's.

  • ​Minimum of 24 hours notice required.

MINI CAMPS & CARTWHEEL CLINICS

Usually held on a weekend or during school breaks!  Clinics provide 2-3 hours of specialized training in a particular skill.  These classes are fun but rigourous.  We take 2 breaks midway for snack and games!  We teach cartwheels in over 30 different ways:  Up or down an incline, thru an alley (gets legs up,) one handed, switching sides, bell cartwheels, round offs, dive cartwheels... PRIVATE CLASSES - 1 or 2 students with one Instructor

Private lessons are available to Members and non-members of all ages and abilities. This is a great way to work on specific skills/events you or your child struggles with or wants to improve one-on-one with a knowledgeable coach with fewer distractions. Students or parents can choose any coach they wish to have a private lesson with as long as the schedules work. We have coaches with over 40 years of experience, and we can assist you with finding the best match for coach-to-skill and coach-to-event lessons to ensure maximum results. 
Rate:  Prices start at $75 per hour but depending on instructor (either at Trilok or your location)
